Hi,

DrPhill has just applied to our ls as a server-transfer, and as usual, we're looking for a background check.

He says he's originally from Asura where he went under the name MoFantasy and was a member of Arsenal.

He later transfered to Carbuncle (retained his old name? changed to DrPhill? It's not clear) where he was a member of Pinktanaka ls.

Claims to have RNG, SMN, and BLM at 75.

Any information appreciated.

He also had a pearl to TheAlliance where he would come from time to time. Usually only for key Sky items (Hadiate and I think wlegs (may have been osode)). But offered to buy the pop items to get the items. Didn't really come around and help much. But if he really was in PinkT then he may have been busy with them :/ idk.

I remember him throwing a huge fit in-game and on KI when someone outlotted him on a relic gun in dynamis jeuno. The KI thread was pretty entertaining but I can't seem to find it, maybe deleted or lost in server transfer?

He was a very cocky know it all kind of guy, even about endgame stuff before he had a single 75 character. He generally didn't know what he was talking about thou and just came across as an idiot. I remember him being really proud of leeching is way through cop and getting raja's ring when his highest level was a low 60-something rng. I also recall seeing him in sky before he hit 75, struggling to defeat genbu with smokeone's ls.

He quit at one point when he was on asura, and claimed to give his character away. I have no idea if the person using it now is a different person or what.

When the name was mofantasy, he was on carbuncle, and was a decent player provided you don't mind his unusual online times. being from Holland, he has to be up pretty early/late to meet NA times.

about six months ago he quit and gave his account to someone else, and that someone transferred elseserver. Then he got it back, and came back to Carbuncle as drphill.

He's an okay player, just a little mental at times. When he was mof he was... very hyperactive. Always wanting to do something, never wanting to sit down, this could be both good and bad depending.

That "they stole mai relic gun" thread on KI was awesome. (Long story short for those who don't know it, Mofantasy started doing Dynamis way back when and he lotted on a relic gun in dyna-sandy and some other guy lotted over him and he went apeshit and bitched about it on KI in a long long post how unfair it is that relic weapons were freelot) He's probably asked for it to be deleted himself seeing as search brings up lot of old threads with references to Mofantasy and his "stolen relic" but not the actual thread. And yeah, he was never taken seriously on KI after that.

In my experience the old Mofantasy on Asura was a bit of a split personality. He could be helpful and nice player some days or he was a complete cocky eejit the next.

KI's new servers may be faster than butter going uphill but their search function fails hard now. Apparently 'gun' is not a real word since it's not at least 4 letters long.

If by leeching you mean POS hacking in Promyvions, then yeah. (prenerf, of course)

Original Mofo transferred to carby from asura. Joined Pinktanaka for a while, made most events, despite being in a NA timezone ls while in Holland. Most people in the ls thought he was hooked on sugar, he was very energetic, but very friendly.

He gave his character to his friend, and his friend went back to asura.
sometime later, original Mofo reobtained his character and his name was changed. While his friend was on asura, Mofo created a mule named "Mofantasy" on Carby, chatted around with friends.

aihree's post covered most of the basics about him.
My opinion was a good friend and good player.

Hello everyone.

Just to clear things up ive decided to reply to this BG-check.

First of all, I am the orriginal MoFa, I am the cocky bastard who used to be on asura and well known for my relic gun drama post.
And yeh, i did POS hack on promyvion to solo the ENM30 as SMN. (And i did get 72hr ban for it and learned my lesson)
And Yes i do have an assload of enemies on asura, including my good old taru buddy shuemue and entire LSs (Remedy and TribeFTW being biggest ones)
And YES i used to hang out in SmokeOne's LS for about a week.

Im not gonna deny all of that. Shit happened like 3yrs aggo, i orriginally created mofa on asura back in 2003.

Ive had fun times on asura, but like 2005 is where the drama all started, i was treated like shit, so i decided to become a king at treating people like shit lol.

I then spent nearly 2yrs hating asura, i ended up joining Jesterprofits LS.
Wich was fun, they had a very horrible reputation and we were even called RMTs, but i didnt care. I was killing shit that i wanted to kill and worked my ass off for it.
I got my sky and sea access way before i was supposed to, but for those who dont know:

Sky access i got thnx to Jesterprofet, he and his LS helped me get it. I had earned my sky access, i fought every fight as BLM to help cure, sure cure3 wont do much, but atleast i worked my ass off for the LS getting TOD's and claiming silly HNMs like serket and helping LS members camp shit.

Sea access i got before sky, i had gotten an ASSLOAD of damn ungratefull pricks their promyvions done, fuck, i even helped that asshole smokeone beat his!
But everytime id help people, they would ditch me after COP6-2 and get some high lvled merit BLm to get their sea access, shit happened to me like 12 times >
I then decided to hang out with my arab friend Kuwaity and his friends. They had a COP static, and we started from scratch, got to 6-4 (pre nerf) and beat it. They then promised to get me sea access. We fought our way to 8-3 and thats where they left me at. I did again help them out and they just returned the favor.

Relic gun drama was my first dynamis, i admit i was a dumbass noob yeh, but who cares, shit happened in 2004 and yeh keep bitching about it, but im not gonna worry about it anymore, im past those feelings and regret what i did on KI.

Once server transfer was there, Jester jacked the LS and left for leviathan.
I then joined an EU LS and they got me most of my sky gear, wich you can ask them, i worked my goddamn ass off. I joined both EU aswell as NA events, got more claims and tod's than god knows and even sacrificed myself for 2hrs on kirin to prevent a loss. Yeh, i did get kicked out, only after a year of trying to get them to do HNMs, we claim an Aspid and a new SH decides to give it away. I got pissed and ended up in being booted.
I then left Asura for carbuncle. (some people still hold a big ass grudge against me leaving and blame me for LS breakup back then)

So yeh, alot of drama on asura in 2years.

On carby, i applied to different LSs, i wasnt accepted to the Hardcore endgame LSs, but most of them were polite and gave me a reason. exept 1 LS but i wont mention any names.

I then started Solo camping Serket for gil when i met a guy named Dagmar.
He introduced me into PinkTanaka and they gave me a place to call home.
I can be hyper, well i used to be lol. But i did attend as much as i could and made some very close friends.
And they got me alot of equip, even shit that i had no need for i still got. And i am very gratefull, best LS ive ever had and most mature people on carby if u ask me.

I then had some RL issues going on. I had recently moved to belguim and hated life. I then decided to leave the country and move back to holland. But i needed every damn euro i had. So i decided to quit the game and get a full-time job.

I didnt wanna lose my toon and gave my toon to a close friend who i trusted.
I quit the game from like January til like June. I then took the toon back and started playing again.
But since i couldnt do NA times anymore, i decided to join a EU LS. My room8 had named his toon Oprah (Official Pimp Running A House) and his mule is named MoFantasy to keep it reserved for me)

Oh btw, my close friend took mofa back to asura and played it alot, started working on relic bow for me and got my BLM from 65 to 75 for me. and a bunch of merits.

Anyway, i decided not to be mofa anymore cuz i didnt want people asking me where i was. Ive only told close friends who i truly am. I Joined an LS named NBK, it sadly broke and was 1 of the few serous EU LSs on carby. I then mett The Alliance, i decided to give it a try. I joined a few events and still have the pearl. I enjoy endgame but sadly they only do weekly events and no HNM actions. So i decided to hop on and help em whenever i had time.
I also joined Pinktanaka as a social member cuz i still consider them all close friends and trusted people.

I also had a ZNM LS wich i still have, its a JP LS.
I got into a trial period with Chupachups LS, JP HNM LS. But i was booted cuz well, i dont speak any JP i guess lol. I did attend events, all of em.

And right now im looking for a EU LS on a server that does Hardcore HNMs.
So yeh i decided to post a few apps and try my luck.

So yeh, Mofa is me, im Drphill.
Im not a serverhopper nor 2 people. Im just me looking to have fun on a game where these days fun is hard to find. I do have plenty of HNM experience and do act hyper-active now n then, but hey, if ur a dull bunch of granny's then i dont fit in ur LS.

I'm a person who likes strict rules and lives life in vana'diel having fun and killing big shit with friends.

I hope this long ass post clears shit up for yall. Give me a fair and honest shot and il move to ur server and prove myself, if you think i suck, tell me so in an honest way and il move on. Im sick and tired of people posting im a total prick and shouldnt be in any LS. Im a prick cuz your treating me like one (shue) and stop holding a grudge, its only a game dude.

Well, now that everyone knows my life-story in vana'diel, i hope i can find a decent LS on any server. I just wanna kill big shit, put me on a 6month trial i dont care, i just wanna kill shit. I dont care about gear or gil. I have plenty of it to play my 3 jobs. Ive said it before and il say it again, I LIKE KILLING BIG SHIT! Vrtra, Tiamat, Jormy, KB, Aspid, Wyrms, Wyverns, HNMs, Kings, Summonings, Missions, Quests anything thats needs teamwork and skill.

true, i asked an SH on what to bring. I had hardly any input on the fight since rng was useless. So he was the one to suggest spartan bullets and /drk lol.

anyway, asura was a bad experience for me, so yeh, i havent played there for over 17-18months, dont judge me by that.
Last time i checked, Background checks were to see if people are RMT/Hackers, not wether to judge a person's personality wether you think its an ass or a nice guy. So keep it real and dont let your opinion waste people's time.

well i didnt have RNG/SAM, only RNG/NIN, wich would mean id have to build tp on cerby, so i was told to bring /drk. Was my 2nd cerby fight so yeh fun deathga back then.
