As for keystone, I tried the 3/18/bottom row strategy and didn't win anything, but there are a few other strategies floating around out there. The one I used:
2 on Arch 3, then
8 on 4-9
8 on 4-9
2 on 333
3 on Inside 3
It took me 1-3 tries for each tourney but I was able to win all the tourneys with that strategy. Gamefaqs had one or two more strats as well.
As for fortune's tower, I lost a lot of money in the non-tourney version because I assumed that it being skill-based would allow me to control the outcome better. Unfortunately the game is a cheap bitch and it drove me further into debt, bleh. Since then I read up on the exploit and managed to erase my debt and build up about 150k. Regardless of if you're using the exploit or not, the trick with this game is to play conservatively. If you're looking to play it save always take the offer on the first row valued 15 or higher, but if your gate card is used up then always take the first row valued 10 or higher. If you use the exploit you'll basically profit every time you win though, lol.
All in all it's kinda a fun game, although I doubt I'd have enjoyed it anywhere near as much if someone hadn't found a way to essentially cheat and amass huge quantities of gold. I am kinda pissed that there is no skill involved whatsoever, whereas the original fable had games that required lots of practice to perfect. Despite being a huge fable fan I doubt I would have downloaded it had it not been free with my preorder.
The only thing I worry about is whether or not the cheat/exploit for fortune's tower is intended and if it will have an impact on your character in the real game, or merely an overlooked QA thing that will have no consequences for exploiting.
