Gimp/Confused/WTF Player XVI: Sorry I was late, I had 7% slow!

I was wearing hollow/suppa earrings, legs were the shantotto ones with haste+3 acc +7 augments, and feet were pahluwan crackows. No I wasn't using sushi, because my acc is greater as rdm/dnc than any other job except those with accuracy bonus (drg, dnc, rng) since i get +15 acc from composure and +10 from /dnc. With merits and my gear my acc is pretty high. So if you would expect me to use sushi, then all DD better be using sushi too (which i know they don't, most tend to spam yellow curry buns or meat mithkabobs).

I'll admit I could have swapped out for dusk, but then you go into the whole debate is 5% haste going to make up for the hit loss from losing 10 acc (of course by that reasoning i'd have to put in o-hat for walmart turban lol). I prefer morri body over goliard anyway, because not only does it give refresh, it also gives acc/att.

There wasn't much in the way of buffs to keep up, just haste really since i'm only one in party capable of casting magic (both the cor and brd were /nin). Last time I meripo'd the party got over 30k an hour, and if you don't believe me, ask the other people that were in the party (a few of the same people were in this party as well). When you have DD that like to keep hasso on, instant cures from /dnc is awesome as well as drain samba2.

Now mind you, not very many rdm have the kind of gear/merits/skill i do and might not be able to pull it off... but if you other rdm can... it is SOOOO fun trying to keep up with those guys and them trying to keep up with me (i usually get hate when first starting on mob since rdm DoT is so much higher than 2 handers). Way more fun than being a magic only haste/cure bitch.

You're concerned about accuracy, so you use Morri hands over dusk gloves. But then you don't use sushi. Doesn't make much sense to me. I'm pretty sure that RDM/DNC can get close to capped accuracy with Crab Sushi on birds, while still using a haste setup. I played around with setups on FFXIGEAR while it was still up, so my memory may be a bit fuzzy, but I'm pretty sure you would be better off with haste gear/sushi over accuracy gear.

I still don't like the idea of /DNC just because of Elegy returns, but with merits and a solid Haste setup you could hit around 395-400 using Crab and fulltiming Composure. You can cap using Sole, but idk if you'd almost want Pizza+1 and give up some hit rate since your Attack is going to be abysmally low.
